FULL BODY MASSAGE

60 minutes of Swedish Body Massage which consists of massaging the back, back of arms, gluteus muscles, back of the legs, feet, front of the legs, upper torso, arms, hands, fingers, neck, head and face. It sounds like a lot and it is, but it's amazing how fast an hour can go. Cost $45.00

FULL BODY DELUXE MASSAGE

90 MINUTES OF Swedish Body Massage including the same as the 60 minute session, but it includes stretches, Trager therapy and can consist of more time on a specific area for greater pain relief. Cost $60.00

RAINDROP THERAPY

A METHOD USING vita Flex, reflexology, massage, and essential oils applied to the back to bring structural and electrical alignment and balance, with a relaxing and mild application, plus a 60 minute massage. Cost $75.00

AROMATHERAPY WRAP

After a light exfoliation your skin is treated with a moisturizer combined with an essential oil blend to promote relaxation. Then you are wrapped cocoon style for 20 minutes during which time you are treated to a foot massage. A 60 minute full-body massage follows. Cost $75.00

AROMATHERAPY

Essential oils and blends are used for pain relief and spasmodic muscle relief in conjunction with massage therapy. Cost: determined by number and quantity of oils used.

CHAIR MASSAGE

A 15 minute back and shoulder massage in a special chair which can be brought on site to offices during breaks, lunch, etc. (minimum 4 clients per site) Cost $15.00 each

All massages are performed in a quiet room, with soft music, and aromatherapy candles. I use a MASSAGE STONE, especially designed and hand carved and polished for use in my massage session. I keep them warm for comfort and for relaxing those sore, tired muscles.
